Job Description

We are currently accepting resumes for an energetic DME Front Office Team Members to join our growing Zachary, LA location. If you are passionate about helping people, have exceptional work ethic and believe your hard work should be rewarded properly, then read on.

Duties include but are not limited to customer service, greeting patients, answering phone calls/patient inquiries, scheduling patient appointments/deliveries, calling patients regarding their appointments/deliveries, delivering products as needed, tracking, verifying insurance benefits/eligibility, obtaining insurance authorizations, collecting co-pays & co-insurances, DME billing duties, retail sales, faxing, scanning documents, other clerical duties, cross training to assist with other company duties and maintaining a clean/well organized work area.

Our ideal candidate must have superior customer service skills, be honest, punctual, reliable, flexible, courteous, helpful and friendly. Previous DME experience preferred but will train the right person.
