Job Description
Our client in the Southbury/Oxford CT area is seeking a Title & Registration Specialist to support operations within a high-end automotive environment.
This is an office setting with no face to face client interactions. If you are looking to step away from a traditional dealership in move into a role that offers more work life balance, base plus commission earnings, and the ability to grow in an operations setting, this is the ideal role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Process vehicle titles and registrations, including corrections and updates
- Coordinate with DMV offices and third-party runners nationwide
- Manage account changes such as lease assumptions, collateral substitutions, and payment deferments
- Provide customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate customer and account records in internal systems
- Assist with title discrepancies and ensure proper asset documentation
- Set up ACH payments and process address changes
- Support team operations, including answering phones and assisting with administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Education & Experience
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
- 1–3 years of customer service or related experience
