- Manhattan, you will be responsible for:Managing all on-site construction activities from start to finish
Supervising subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
Maintaining project schedules and driving milestone completion
Coordinating commercial fit-outs and residential renovations
Conducting daily safety meetings and enforcing OSHA standards
Reviewing plans, specifications, and construction documents
Managing site logistics, deliveries, and material coordination
Monitoring project quality and ensuring work meets specifications
Coordinating inspections and resolving field issues
Working closely with Project Managers, architects, and clients
Maintaining daily reports and project documentation

Experience managing both commercial and residential interior projects
Strong knowledge of interior construction methods and sequencing
Experience with office build-outs, retail renovations, luxury apartments, brownstones, or penthouses
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skillsOSHA 30 Certification preferred
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Experience working in occupied buildings is a plus
