Job Description
Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: Ongoing - Six-month duration with the possibility of extension
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Clinical Details:
- Outpatient clinic
- High elderly population with multiple comorbidities
- Concentration on chronic disease management
- EMR: Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
- Support Staff: RN Team leader and designated MA
- 36 patient care hours, 4 hours of admin built into schedule
- Average 16-20 patients per day
- Average 60 days per credentialing - could move quick, with a quick provider.
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Internal medicine preferred, family medicine acceptable
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in outpatient primary care
- NH license, NH locum license, IMLCC preferred
- Temp licenses are not accepted
