Job Description

Join a fast-growing, mission-driven chiropractic and functional medicine team that’s redefining wellness in the Charlotte community and beyond. At Cornerstone Health Center, we combine structural care, functional nutrition, and cellular healing therapies to help patients take charge of their health.

We’re looking for a licensed chiropractor who thrives in a structured, fast-paced, high-energy environment, values faith and holistic healing, and is passionate about patient education and long-term care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct exams, take X-rays, and deliver care recommendations

  • Adjust using arthrostim, drop table, Pettibon, and diversified techniques

  • Educate patients on at-home care and lifestyle changes

  • Collaborate on patient workshops and occasional marketing events

  • Maintain clear EMRs, X-ray reports, and care goals

  • Support team training and attend regular meetings

What We Offer:

  • $85K–$100K base + up to $12K annual bonus potential

  • $1,200/year health stipend

  • Malpractice coverage (up to $1,000/year)

  • PTO package: 80 hours PTO, 24 hours sick time, 24 hours bereavement
