Personality: You will enjoy this position if you are warm, friendly, love people, and enjoy great teamwork. Much of your day will involve interacting with clients who are embarking on a new health journey. You will also be assisting our physical therapy teams and fitness teams to train and develop aspiring clinicians and fitness professionals.
Work: The PT completes expert evaluations, guides treatment, develops training programs for clients, and trains physical therapy assistants. Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.
Lifestyle: We believe in work-life balance. Time for family and fun. Everyone works a flexible schedule leaving the office early at least 1 day a week. We work as a team with some of the most gifted clinicians and trainers in the valley.
Pay Plan: $110k per year plus monthly incentives
