Eligibility and benefit offerings may vary based on employment status and work location. Job Description: 3+ years of experience with familiarity in engineering records. Skilled in organizing domestic drawings and vendor documentation for a plant file room. Conduct highly detailed research using the current records management system, ensuring precise data entry and accurate documentation. Regularly collaborate with plant personnel, document control teams, and records management staff for guidance. Have a foundational understanding of records management practices. Responsible for maintaining personal timekeeping using the company's timekeeping system. Primary Responsibilities: This role focuses on organizing and clearing out a large file room containing engineering records stored on moveable shelving units. Tasks include organizing, retrieval & boxing of the engineering files, data entry, lifting and relocating boxes weighing up to 25 lbs., as well as occasional climbing using a small step ladder or stool to access higher shelving. Assignment Duration: This is a temporary assignment and expected to last between 1 to 3 months, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Estimated assignment date entered is a ballpark guess and could be shorter or longer.
