Job Description
Location: Pueblo, CO 81001Pay: $16.00/hourShift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Assignment: Temporary through May (hours and assignment length may vary based on workload)
Job Overview
We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to help prepare documents for scanning and data entry. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized and working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Open envelopes and remove documents
- Remove staples, paper clips, binder clips, and other fasteners
- Repair torn documents and flatten folded pages
- Remove metal clasps from envelopes
- Sort and organize documents in the required order
- Prepare paperwork for scanning and data entry
- Keep work areas organized and maintain accurate filing systems
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable sitting for up to 8 hours per day
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs. as needed
