Connected Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to join one of our valued partner facilities in Duluth Heights.

The Director of Nursing will provide leadership and oversight for the nursing department, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, effective clinical operations, and strong support for nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily nursing department operations*
• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care*
• Supervise, support, and develop nursing staff*
• Monitor clinical practices, documentation, and compliance*
• Collaborate with facility leadership, providers, residents, and families*
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management*
• Promote a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care*
• Ensure adherence to applicable state and federal regulations and facility policies

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the applicable state*
• Previous nursing leadership or management experience preferred*
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills*
• Ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary nursing team*
• Knowledge of long-term care, senior care, or post-acute healthcare preferred*
• Commitment to quality care, resident dignity, and staff development

Schedule & Start Date

• 36 hours per week
• Day shift
• Start date: August 31, 2026
