Job Description
- Answer all phone calls in a courteous, professional manner.
- Good phone etiquette. Must be able to explain in a brief and pleasant manner, how the Vehicle Donation or Goods Donation Programs work.
- Must be able to handle situations that arise, in a calm and courteous manner.
- Take information from donor - accuracy being the most important.
- Assist with canceling a ticket, reschedule pick ups as needed, etc.
- Assist the donor in any way possible.
- Requires the ability to assist with donor’s paperwork such as: folding inserts, stuffing envelopes, filling out forms, etc.
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as: copier, fax machine, scanner and printer.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Good command of the English language.
- Good proofreading skills.
- Detail-oriented.
