Our insurance office is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great entry level door to door lead generating opportunity. As a door to door lead generator you will knock on doors to generate leads within the community. You only need to ask 4 questions for a lead to qualify and you get $15 per lead sheet. Our average generator gets 3-4 leads per hour. This position holds a huge bonus opportunity with future long term career advancement available. - Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via door to door.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
