Job DescriptionDowneast is seeking a motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our retail team as the Sales Lead at our new Boise, ID location. This position reports to the Sales Manager. Our ideal candidate must be friendly, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a customer service-oriented environment. Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and be extremely reliable.Roles and ResponsibilitiesYou are part of a team at Downeast dedicated to success. We are looking for an exemplary candidate who is interested in a fun and friendly work environment and dedicated to providing excellent friendly customer service, driving sales for the store, and maintaining integrity and safety in the workplace.Essential Functions
- Customer Service
- Cash handling, cash drawer
- Responsible for opening or closing the store
- Hanging clothing
- Straightening racks
- Placing new items in store
- Maintaining a clean, safe, secure and friendly store
- Driving sales
- Must be able to stand entire shirt
- Must be able to lift 30+ lbs.
