Job Description

High-Skill Drains + Light Plumbing (Water Heaters, Fresh Water)

If you’re tired of being “just the drain guy” and want real variety, autonomy, and upside, this role is built for you.

We’re looking for a proven Drain Tech (or Senior Tech) who takes pride in clean diagnostics, clear communication, and doing the job right. You’ll run drain calls end-to-end and also have the ability to handle light fresh-water work like water heaters and select plumbing repairs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose and clear drain and sewer issues
- Snakes, jetters, sewer cameras
Identify root causes and explain options clearly
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
Handle light fresh-water plumbing work
- Water heaters
- Minor repairs and replacements
Maintain a clean, organized truck and tools
Deliver a professional, confidence-building customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Solid drain experience required
- Snaking, jetting, camera inspections
Fresh-water or water heater experience preferred (not required)
Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
Customer-first communicator
Physically capable (up to 75 lbs)
Valid driver’s license, clean record
Team player who wants to grow, not coast
