Job Description
Semble, an affiliate of Brookshire Construction, is seeking a reliable Driver to join our team. This role involves the transportation of structural framework from our panel shop to residential properties. This position also involves working in the panel shop constructing the structural framework of products, buildings, or components according to specifications.

Salary Range: $25.00 - $40.00/hr.; depending on experience.
Location: Cuba, MO
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to pick up and deliver panels and associate parts to job sites.
- Assist with the safe loading and unloading of wall panels, which involve operating a forklift.
- Must be capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs. without reasonable accommodation.
- Adhere to all state and national safety regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.
- Build and assemble wood or metal framing components using tools such as nail guns, saws, drills, and measuring tapes.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, layout drawings, or written instructions to ensure accurate framing.
- Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions with precision.
- Secure materials together using fasteners, adhesives, or welding (if applicable).
- Inspect completed frames for alignment, accuracy, and quality.
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and staging components for the next phase of production.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current and valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- A Valid Class A CDL.
- Clean driving record
- Forklift certified
- Excellent navigation skills using maps and GPS.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Prior experience in framing, carpentry, or working in a construction/manufacturing environment a plus.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.)
