Job Description

Join the ECHO Team: We're Hiring Drivers!

Do you love driving and making a difference? ECHO is looking for full and part-time Drivers to join our passionate, fun, and dedicated team! Whether you're an early riser or a flexible schedule lover, we have spots available to fit your availability. You'll play an important role in providing transportation services for individuals with disabilities and help them thrive in their communities.

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive, caring, and reliable team player who will embrace and support ECHO's Core Values: Enthusiasm, Trust, Integrity, Compassion, Respect, Innovation and Courage.
  • A valid driver's license (with a driving record that meets our insurance requirements)
  • Experience in working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required! (We'll train you!)

Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM

What Will You Do?

  • Drive with care and enthusiasm, making each ride a positive experience
  • Assist program participants as on/off bus as needed
  • Complete daily vehicle control forms and report any incidents
  • Participate in fun in-service training sessions to help you grow and succeed
