Join a Growing Team at Haddad Plumbing & Heating
Haddad Plumbing & Heating Inc. is looking for a dependable and motivated Driver to join our team at our headquarters in Newark, NJ. This is more than just a driving position. You will play a key role in supporting major commercial plumbing and HVAC projects throughout New Jersey, New York City, and Westchester County.
As a Driver, you will help keep our operations running smoothly by ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are delivered safely and on time to our job sites. What You'll Do
- Safely operate non-CDL company vehicles, including box trucks and straight trucks
- Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites and designated locations
- Load, unload, pick, pack, sort, and transport materials
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and follow all company safety procedures
- Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records
- Work closely with warehouse staff, field personnel, and management to support daily operations
- Represent Haddad Plumbing & Heating professionally when interacting with employees, vendors, and customers
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of driving experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record with no points or accidents
- Experience operating non-CDL trucks, box trucks, or straight trucks
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule
Full-Time Position
- Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Saturdays as needed
