Job Description

HireLevel is seeking a Delivery Driver for 50% of the role, and a Warehouse Team Member for the remaining 50%, in Mt. Vernon, IL.
Our client is a well-established distributor serving a 100-mile radius around Mount Vernon, IL.
Job Category: Full-Time 
Location: Mt. Vernon, IL
Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Saturday (Every other Saturday) 35-45 hours per week
Compensation: $25-27.50 based on experience and CDL License 
Similar Positions: Driver, Delivery 
Responsibilities of Driver/Warehouse:
  • Deliver goods to local locations and unload the truck
  • Sort products
  • Prepare orders
  • Perform cleaning duties in the warehouse
  • Retrieve supplies from the walk-in coolers
Requirements of Driver/Warehouse:
  • Have a clean driving record within the last 5 years and a valid Illinois drivers license
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis all day
  • Must be able to add & multiply numbers well.
  • Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
  • Must live within a 30 mile radius of Mount Vernon
  • Must have air brake endorsements
  • Must be licensed to operate a manual transmission truck
  • Must be comfortable working in a cooler year round
