About Us:Naniq Truck Drivers are the face of our company. You will deliver freight to customers on a scheduled delivery route in a safe and efficient manner. Professionalism and accuracy is essential to our customers. Our drivers check and scan each pallet, delivering accompanying paperwork to the customer. At each stop on the route, you will off-load items using a hand truck and ramp and interact with customers.

Pay & IncentivesPay Range$24.48 - $30.00 per hour DOE and License Class

Tier 1: This Tier Is the Previously Called "Weekend Premium Policy"

Work a Regular Weekend Schedule of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (2 of the 3 Days)Earn $2/Hour Added to Base Pay

Tier 2:

Work 4 Full Weekday Shifts (Mon-Fri)Earn $5/Hour Added to Base Pay

Tier 3:

$500 paid on your first paycheckAdditional $750 paid after 6 months of employment

License Incentive Program

Up to $1,500 available to assist with obtaining your Class B CDL or Hawaii Class 4 LicenseIncentive subject to prorated repayment if employment ends before the agreed-upon period

Quarterly Loyalty Incentive Bonus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to transport freightDeliver freight accurately and on scheduleScan, verify, and document shipmentsLoad and unload freight safely using proper lifting techniquesUse hand trucks and ramps to safely off-load deliveriesComplete assigned routes and adjust for delays as neededEnsure freight is secure and protected during transitComplete vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery recordsFollow all DOT, company, and customer safety requirementsReport equipment issues, delays, and delivery concerns in a timely mannerCommunicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and coworkersKeep vehicles clean, fueled, and properly maintainedAssist with warehouse duties, including loading, organizing, and staging freight

Minimum Qualifications

Valid driver's license and clean driving recordCurrent DOT Medical CardClass B CDL or Hawaii Class 4 License preferredMust be 21 years of age or olderDelivery, transportation, or commercial driving experience preferredStrong safety, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to pass drug screenings and background checksMust be legally authorized to work in the United States

Physical RequirementsThis position requires prolonged sitting, frequent entry and exit from vehicles, lifting and moving freight, and working in varying weather conditions. Drivers may be exposed to changing lighting conditions and vehicle vibration during daily operations.
