Job Description
Job Title: DriverLocation: Midland TX 79706Duration: 06+ Months Pay range:
- $18.00/hr on W2 without benefits (Driver I)
- $20.00/hr on W2 without benefits (Driver II)
- $22.00/hr on W2 without benefits (Driver III)
- Role is bonus eligible
- Flights provided for rotators, mileage reimbursement available for those who drive, up to 300 miles one way
- Housing and meals provided at man camp for Midland-based assignments
- Primary focus is driving (approximately 70-75%)
- Assist with loading/unloading product and equipment
- Connect hoses and assist with offloading at job sites
- Follow all safety procedures, DOT regulations, and company Code of Conduct
- Complete required HSE reports and maintain up-to-date certifications
- CDL driving experience required
- Strong safety mindset
- Reliability and equipment care
- Valid CDL with no restrictions required
- Hazmat endorsement preferred
- 15 days on / 6 days off rotation
- Start days typically Tuesday or Wednesday
- Average workday is approximately 14 hours
- Drivers will operate within DOT hoursofservice regulations
- Initial training conducted in Kellyville, OK
