Driver

If you have a passion for working with seniors and you are have experience as a driver, we look forward to meeting you! This position is PRN-flexible and on an as-needed basis. The driver will provide coverage for shifts as required and support transportation for evening and weekend events.

We are currently looking to hire people who want to make a positive impact and to be a great representative of our operating principles. Your job should provide a sense of accomplishment, joy and gratification. We can provide that for you! Our drivers will not only have the opportunity to provide extraordinary services but will also have time to develop meaningful relationships with our residents.

Job Requirements

• 3-years experience as a driver
• Current driver's license in good standing
• Although a CDL is not required, two of our vehicles are retrofitted, high-profile 14 passenger busses
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent SAFE work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
• Possess a good driving record and safe, courteous driving habits
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, grasp, etc.
• Must be capable of lifting walkers, wheelchairs, etc. in and out of vehicles
• Will be required to push residents in their wheelchairs up a ramp into vehicle and secure wheelchair for transport
