Driver Commissions

HF Foods Group Inc. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: 

Driver commissions is also a delivery driver who drive the company vehicle to safely deliver the goods to restaurants on a daily basis. You will be receiving the base pay plus the site-specific commissions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Packing, loading and unloading delivery vans and trucks
• Delivering foods to customers on designated routes
• Maintaining regular communication with route dispatchers or managers
• Offload the items from the truck and review deliveries with recipients to ensure they’re accurate
• Obtaining delivery confirmations from customers by having them to sign the invoice
• Cleaning and servicing van or truck for the next delivery
• Any other duties as assigned by the management

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Clean driving record
• Good eyesight and hearing
• Good timekeeping skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Box truck driving experience is preferred

EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:

• High school or GED equivalent.
• Proven box truck or at least 24 ft- long truck driving experience.
