OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We are seeking a Driver/Warehouse to assist our team in Temple, TX. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable team player to assist our team in reaching critical deadlines, providing excellent customer service, and producing quality work for our internal and external customers and suppliers. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receiving/stocking inventory.

  • Loading/unloading delivery trucks.

  • Preparing orders for shipment.

  • Signing for deliveries.

  • Inventory cycle counts.

  • Equipment/material transfer and palletize.

  • Inventory Control Knowledge.

  • Maintaining the warehouse (organizing, cleaning, sweeping, etc.).

  • Cleaning rental equipment.

  • Back-up driver/runner.

  • Bin location accuracy.

  • May assist with dispatching drivers.

  • Participate in Ongoing Process Training/Safety Training.

  • Loading/unloading and driving a F-450 flatbed.

  • Delivering supplies and small equipment to the jobsite.

  • Interfacing with our customers and providing excellent customer service.

  • Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by leadership.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Qualified driving and towing skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Positive interpersonal skills and strong work ethic.

  • Well-organized with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.

  • Multitasker; ability to move from one task to another efficiently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.

  • Demonstrate Integrity as a Core Value.

  • Maintain a safe work environment.

Education and Experience

  • Clean Driving Record.

  • Pass a drug screen and MVR check.

  • Construction supplies are needed.

  • Construction Equipment knowledge is needed.

  • Experience with operating various types of construction equipment is a plus.

  • Basic computer knowledge with Rental Man software experience is a plus. 

  • Trailer experience preferred.

  • Forklift Operator and Areal Lift Certified preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking. 

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. 

Additional Information:

  • Full-time- 40 to 50 hours per week OT as needed

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 am- 3:30 pm
