Location: Vernon, CA (On-site)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/weekPay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00/hourEmployment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Overview

AdeptHR is partnering with a leading specialty food distributor to hire a detail-oriented and dependable Drop Ship Sales Support professional. This role plays a key part in supporting sales operations, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Order Management & Logistics

Enter drop-ship purchase orders with accuracy (pricing, product, quantities, destinations)
Generate shipping labels using FedEx, UPS, or similar systems
Monitor order status and provide timely tracking updates to customers
Assist with product availability, quotes, and specification requests

Customer Service & Sales Support

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Support product recommendations and sales initiatives
Resolve customer issues in coordination with internal teams
Document and escalate product complaints appropriately

Sales Coordination

Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives
Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and opportunities

Requirements

Must Have

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Outlook)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have

Experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics
Background in food service, hospitality, grocery, or related industries
Familiarity with shipping systems (FedEx, UPS) or internal platforms
