Drop Team 4Am To 12Pm

Qualifications:

High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Candidates must pass background and drug screening per Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license (Medical Marijuana cards are accepted). Flexibility to work any shift as needed or assigned-including weekends, evenings, and holidays-is required. Physical requirements include frequent lifting (occasionally in excess of 50 pounds), as well as frequent bending, stooping, walking, standing and use of hands / fingers. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Drop Team Associate is responsible for accurately counting machine drops, completing associated paperwork, and verifying the contents of canister/containers. Any questions or concerns should be directed to your immediate supervisor for clarification.

• Follow all policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements for drop department as approved by Kaw Nation Gaming Commission.
• Collect slot machine and kiosk drop boxes in accordance with the established drop schedule.
• Transport drop boxes securely to the count room using approved procedures and equipment.
• Verify machine and box numbers for accuracy and consistency with operational records.
• Coordinate with Surveillance and Security staff to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation throughout drop operations.
• Report any discrepancies, malfunctions, or irregularities immediately to supervisors.
• Assist fellow team members as needed.
• Adhere to uniform requirements and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing KGI.
• Follow all applicable state, federal, and tribal laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
