- Supporting the team during busy seasons with overtime and participation in weekend shifts as needed.
- Experience in production, assembly, or food manufacturing preferred but not mandatory.*
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.*
- Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.*
- Availability to work weekends and overtime during busy periods.*
