• Pack products safely and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Assist machine operators with product handling, packaging, and line operations
• Monitor and support product quality, including contamination prevention, weight control, and line efficiency
• Help manage product specifications such as code dates, expiration dates, and labeling accuracy
• Communicate with operators, supervisors, and team members regarding quality or safety concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area and follow sanitation procedures
• Follow all safety procedures, attend safety trainings, and report hazards or incidents
• Comply with GMP and food safety requirements, including identifying and reporting non-conformances

What You Need to Bring to the Dry Packaging Operator Role:

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay productive
• Good judgment and reasoning abilities
• Basic math skills to support production and quality tasks
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and food safety guidelines
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds as needed with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to perform physical job tasks including standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movements in a production environment #PerhamAreaJobs
