Position:

We are looking for highly skilled subcontractors to join our team for Residential construction projects of all sizes throughout Northern New Jersey. Our residential and commercial emergency restoration services has been growing continuously year after year. We are expanding our Construction capabilities and have an immediate need for subcontractors of all sizes. From single trade crew, up to a larger subcontractor that has the skilled tradesman to complete all facets of a reconstruction project.

• Initial walk through prior to starting project to agree on scope and pricing
• Paid within 30 days of job completion. (Draw schedule for larger projects)
• Communicate with experienced Estimators and Project Managers

Reports To: Project Manager/Estimator

Territory: Northern New Jersey

Responsibilities:

• Perform all construction repairs following schedule outlined by the Project Manager
• Ability to work independently on job sites
• Perform all repairs in a timely manner
• Communicate any schedule interruptions with Project Manager in advance
• Complete all repairs with the highest quality

Skills and Knowledge:

• Rough and Finish Carpentry
• Drywall hanging, patching, finishing
• Painting
• Wall, Floor, Shower tile install

• Open, cooperative, enthusiastic
• Self-directed with exceptional initiative

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable truck/s
• Must have own tools
• Proof of GL/WC insurances
• Must be licensed in field of work
• All employees on the job must pass a background check

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in construction
• Restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
