- Prior drywall experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work on ladders/stilts
- Basic hand and power tool knowledge
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to pass background screening when required
- General Construction Technician (Multi-Trade Experience)
- Cornerstone Construction Group is seeking a well-rounded construction professional with experience across multiple trades
- This position is for an experienced technician who can perform diverse scopes of work correctly and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Framing and structural repairs
- Interior and exterior doors and trim
- Flooring (LVP, tile, basic hardwood)
- Window and door installation
- Basic plumbing and electrical support (non-licensed tasks only)
- Exterior work including siding, soffit, and fascia
- Minimum 5 years hands-on construction experience
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing
- Ability to work independently and lead small crews when needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening when required
- Organized company with clear processes and expectations

Responsibilities
- Hang drywall on walls and ceilings
- Tape, mud, and finish drywall to paint-ready condition
- Perform patches, repairs, and texture matching
- Install corner bead and backing as required
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Follow company procedures and OSHA safety standards
- Drywall install and finishing
- Execute multi-trade scopes per plans and direction
- Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and cleanliness
- Identify and report unforeseen conditions
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades
- Represent Cornerstone Construction Group professionally at all times
