Job Description

DPR Construction is looking for Drywallers in our Raleigh-Durham Business Unit.

We are looking for candidates with experience in commercial construction, such as:

Drywall Finishers.
Drywall Mechanics.
General Carpentry.

Prospective candidates should have thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in metal stud framing, drywall hanging and/or finishing. Must be able to provide a high-quality product, read and understand drawings, and work as a team to maintain production. Must have ability to perform task with minimal supervision. Should have the ability to communicate well with both management and team.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

Climbing, standing, sitting, walking, reaching, bending, balancing, squatting and kneeling for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to lift/push/pull up to and not limited to 50 lbs.
Work occurs primarily in on-site environment and may be indoors or outdoors.
May sometimes involve heights, exposure to hot or cold weather, loud noises, dust and fumes.

Pluses:

Having experience with acoustical ceilings and exterior framing.
Ability to use drywall finishing tools(Bazooka, Boxes, Pumps, etc.)
Having experience operating lifts/equipment.
Having own tools.
Being Bilingual(English/Spanish)
Having experience in our scope of work.

Pay is based on experience and capabilities.
