Job Description

Join our innovative team as an expert in signal processing and modern communications systems. You will work alongside a talented group of engineers, mathematicians, and computer scientists, leading small teams in developing custom software solutions that support national security efforts. Responsibilities include creating algorithms, optimizing systems, and controlling hardware, all while working directly with end users to ensure the delivery of robust, fully-tested products. Ideal candidates are dedicated, detailed, and collaborative.

Qualifications and Skills Required

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field - Proficiency in scientific programming with C, C++, or similar languages on UNIX/Linux platforms - Extensive knowledge of digital signal processing or communications theory - Experience in CUDA and use of ICE Cards - Competency in Modulation/Demodulation techniques - A Top Secret/SCI security clearance; US Citizenship is required

Preferred

- Master’s or PhD in relevant fields - Over 5 years of practical system development and team leadership experience - Acquaintance with X-Midas or MATLAB

Relevant Experience

- Hands-on experience with satellite and cellular communications systems - Knowledge of modern modulation schemes and interference cancellation - Expertise in equalization, cyclostationary techniques, signal conditioning, and resampling
