?? Position: Assembly Technician – Cooling Systems
- Location: Romulus, MI
- Shifts Available:
- 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (First Shift)
- 4:00 PM – 2:20 AM (Second Shift)
?? Pay & Incentives
- $16.00/hr – First Shift
- $16.35/hr – Second Shift
- $100 Weekly Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance
?? What You’ll Do
- Assemble cooling systems for Ford vehicles
- Use hand tools and follow detailed work instructions
- Perform quality checks to ensure all components meet standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work as part of a production team to meet daily goals
? Requirements
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours
- Comfortable with repetitive assembly tasks
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs
6 months previous experience required
