The Role:

To provide excellent customer service while efficiently dealing table games. At times must supervise dealers and display good leadership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervises eight employees in the Table Games Department.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Other duties may be assigned.
Must have excellent knowledge of Table Games and be able to efficiently deal the game that they are supervising.
Must have knowledge in game protection.
Must be able to deal one or more of a particular Table Game.
Must have experience or be a graduate of a certified dealing school.
Able to comprehend policies and procedures and carry them out as set forth in the Internal Controls and manuals.
Provide excellent customer service.
Continued training sessions required.
