Dump Truck Driver (18) Temporary Full Time Position 4/1/26-12/15/26, Drive a tractor-trailer

combination or a truck with a capacity of at least 26,001 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). May

be required to unload truck. Requires commercial drivers' license. Includes tow truck drivers. Follow

supervisor instructions always and arrive at work on time.- Conduct thorough and accurate pre-trip

inspections on trucks. Safely operate trucks and make on time deliveries. Safely and correctly

load/unload truck appropriately.- Correctly distribute load to comply with state and federal

regulations.- Follow delivery instructions and accurately complete logs and other necessary forms.- Maintain and care for tarp supports, tarps, pump sprayers and all other driver equipment.- Perform

duties in accordance with established safety standards and proper vehicle operation technique.- Communicate with dispatcher, job supervisors, co-workers, and receiving location in a courteous

and professional manner for Capital Trucking, LLC. at multiple worksites within / DAILY TRAVEL TO

VARIOUS JOB SITES LOCATED IN Thomas, Sheridan, Graham, Rawlins, Cheyenne,

Decatur, Sherman, Wallace, Logan, Gove, Trego, Norton, Greeley ,Wichita, Scott , Lane, Ness

counties in Kansas

ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50 POUNDS. SOME OT AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED. HOURS

VARY BUT WITHIN

7:00AM-6:00PM. 8 HOURS PER DAY

CDL CLASS B OR CDL CLASS A DRIVERS LICENSE OR OUT OF COUNTRY EQUIVALENT

OPTIONAL EMPLOYER OWNED HOUSING $115.00 PER WEEK/ $230.00 PER PAY PERIOD.

filing for H2B labor certification. Must be eligible within the USA and available entire work period. If

the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse worker for

transportation & subsidence (including meals &, to the extent necessary lodging) from the place of

recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of work contract or where the worker is

dismissed earlier, the employer will pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and

subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the

worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or if employer has

appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of

transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable

common carrier for the distances involved. Employer agrees to offer work for at least ¾ of the work

days in each 12 week period of total employment period.Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at

least $16.28 per /day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 p/day with receipts. Workers will be

reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees,

including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
