This role focuses on sorting, inspecting, and managing dunnage materials to keep dock activity running smoothly and safely. The right person will be comfortable with hands-on, physical work and working as part of a team.Key Responsibilities

• Sort and organize dunnage materials by type and condition.
• Inspect materials for damage and report issues to supervision.
• Load and unload dunnage from trucks and storage areas.
• Keep the dock area clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with basic inventory tracking and documentation.
• Follow all safety rules and company procedures at all times.
• Work closely with other dock team members to maintain steady workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, dock, or material handling work is a plus.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and basic organizational skills.
• Able to communicate clearly and work well within a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as needed.

Work EnvironmentThis is a physically active role based on a dock setting. The position involves standing, bending, lifting, and repeated movement throughout the shift, with some exposure to outdoor conditions. #ZR#IND1
