Job Description
Job Title: Durability Test Technician– Temporary & Temp-to-Perm Opportunities
Location: Manchester, NH
Salary: $18–$21/hr
- $18-21hr. 1st shift- 5 openings
- $20-21hr. 2nd shift- 7 openings
Hours: Multiple Openings – 1st Shift (7:00am–3:30pm) & 2nd Shift (2:45pm–11:15pm)
Duration: 6 months temp to permanent
Position Summary and Special Duties:
As a Durability Test Technician, you will play a key role in supporting Cleaning Durability Testing initiatives. This hands-on position focuses on executing repetitive cleaning cycles, accurately documenting results, and assisting with identifying any irregularities in device behavior.
Your day-to-day duties will include, but may not be limited to:
- Execute repetitive cleaning cycles per User Manual instructions.
- Accurately document test progress and results in Test Case Records using standard tools (Microsoft Word, Surround).
- Identify, report, and help document any irregular device behaviors by generating observation tickets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout all testing activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure the integrity and consistency of all tests.
Job Specifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or test technician environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions precisely.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks over extended periods.
- Proficiency with basic documentation tools and systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
