Role: Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management consultant

Employment Type: Contract (6 Months + possible extension)

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034

Working Module: 5 days a week on-site

Experience Required: 6+ years

Number of interviews: 2 to 3

Dynamics 365 ERP Inventory Management (Strong), Dynamics 365 ERP Procurement & Sourcing (Strong), Dynamics 365 ERP Product Information Management (Strong), Dynamics 365 ERP Production Control (Expert)

Good to have skills:

Dynamics 365 ERP Service Management (Strong)

Job Description:

Experienced D365 F&O Supply Chain Management consultant required for L2/L3 production support of manufacturing and distribution clients.
Focus on resolving complex tickets across SCM modules including production control, inventory management, procurement, and master planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Production control: Production orders, BOMs/routes, scheduling, RAF.
Inventory management: Storage dimensions, cycle counting, warehouse ops.
Product information management: Released products, variants, item lifecycle.
Sales and marketing: Order holds, pricing, delivery management.
Procurement and sourcing: POs, RFQs, vendor collaboration.
Master planning: MRP, Planning Optimization, coverage planning - Replicate P1 issues, coordinate hotfixes with Microsoft.

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years D365 F&O SCM support (Tier 2/3) with manufacturing client exposure.
Deep functional knowledge across ALL SCM modules.
Production control, Inventory management, Product Information Management, Sales/marketing, Procurement/sourcing, Master planning.
