Job Description

Opportunity Overview:

E&C Engineer-Mechanical or Electrical Discipline.

Contract 1 Year - Likely to Extend

Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid Role with Travel

Must live within a drivable distance of Minneapolis, MN for this hybrid, one-year contract. No per diem or relocation being offered.

Your Day-to-Day:

You will focus on mechanical and electrical engineering for natural gas/thermal generation projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for power plant design, construction support and engineering oversight.
  • Assist with RFIs and change orders.

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of experience in either power plant design, construction; owner/operator or EPC Firm
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering from ABET-accredited school.
  • Power generation experience (combustion turbine plants)
  • Familiar with construction environments.
  • PE preferred but not required.
  • Instrumentation and Controls experience for the electrical role would be nice to have.
