- Overseeing and maintaining online order portals to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.*
- Managing website updates, including pricing adjustments, user account setups, and resolving basic technical issues.*
- Coordinating with warehouse and vendor teams to facilitate timely order processing and fulfillment.*

- Processing purchase orders with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.*
- Personal Characteristics: Strong technical proficiency with Windows and web-based tools, self-motivated, able to manage tasks independently, and highly organized.*
- Physical Abilities: Capable of working in an office environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods when needed.*
- Bonus Points: Experience in the Print or Graphics industry or familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
