Job Description
Server We are searching for multiple experienced SERVERS to join our talented team and help execute an outstanding guest experience. In this position, your principal goal will be to prepare high-quality service that meets client's expectations while being a team player on our exceptional team.

SERVER responsibilities include but are not limited to: Demonstrating genuine hospitality and setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Curate and deliver a food and beverage experience to our guests in a professional, caring, and timely manner.
SERVER ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor.
- Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining and service areas.
- To work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible to ensure that operations are always as efficient and profitable as possible.
SERVER QUALIFICATIONS:
- To arrive at work for scheduled shifts and be punctual, always following company.
- To provide a speedy, efficient, and professional level of service at all times.
- To treat company property with due care and attention.
- To work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible to ensure that operations are always as efficient and profitable as possible.
- To be responsive to any guest’s request.
SERVER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM SERVER/BANQUET SERVER JOB DUTIES:
- Ability to stand and walk on sometimes slippery surfaces for extended periods of time.
- Ability to twist, turn, push, pull, and reach down, forward, and overhead repetitively; Kneel, squat, stoop, and crouch frequently.
SERVER EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM SERVER/BANQUET SERVER DUTIES:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent BUT OPEN to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED.
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety rules.
