Mechanic / Service Technician – Jeffersonville, IN

We specialize in rentals, sales, and service for construction, landscaping, and industrial equipment, helping businesses work smarter and get the job done faster. Now, we're looking for a Mechanic / Service Technician to join the team. If you're a problem-solver who knows their way around heavy equipment, this is the place for you.

What You'll Do

Keep equipment running like new – Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on everything from mini excavators to telehandlers.
Diagnose and fix problems fast – Use diagnostic tools and hands-on troubleshooting to find and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Work with the team – Coordinate with rental and sales to ensure all equipment is job-site ready.
Stay organized – Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and parts to keep everything running smoothly.
Grow your skills – Stay up to date on the latest industry tech with ongoing training.

What We're Looking For

Experience matters – Previous work as a mechanic or service technician, preferably with construction or industrial equipment.
Technical know-how – Strong understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
Problem-solving mindset – Quick thinker who can troubleshoot and repair efficiently.
Physically capable – This is a hands-on role that requires stamina and strength.
Good communicator – Comfortable working with customers and teammates.
Valid driver's license – A clean record is a plus.
