Hourly Pay Range: $26.40 – $39.60 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to join our high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department. You’ll be a vital part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering life-saving care in critical situations. Available Shifts

• Days (Rotating Weekends)

• Mixed (Rotating Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and care for patients with a wide range of emergencies

• Deliver critical nursing interventions and manage complex patient conditions

• Collaborate with physicians, EMS, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Prioritize and manage multiple patients efficiently in a high-volume setting

• Educate patients and families about post-discharge care and follow-ups

• Adhere to strict safety, documentation, and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact (must obtain FL license if needed)

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last year)

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required

• BLS certification (AHA) required before start

• ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications required within 90 days of hire
