GARNEY CONSTRUCTION
A Senior Superintendent position in Tampa, FL is available at Garney Construction. To be considered for this position you must have previous construction experience.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Drive job site safety and establish site safety expectations.
- Create 6-week look-ahead schedules and monitor overall project schedule.
- Coordinate with project management.
- Review job cost and manage labor quantities.
- Complete daily and periodic report updates.
- Oversee quality control.
- Manage subcontractors.
- Train craft workers.
- Mentor Superintendents.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related Field.
- 10 Plus years of water and waste water construction expereince with a self-performing gerneral contractor.
- Willing to travel and/or relocate.
