RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet members with that Franco’s-level smile and energy

• Help with class check-ins, guest passes, tours, and product sales

• Answer questions and solve problems before they even become problems

• Keep the front-of-house and lounge areas clean, stocked, and welcoming

• Be part of the member experience team — you’re not just front desk, you’re front line

• Learn how the business works (we’ll actually teach you the why behind the what)

WHO YOU ARE:

• A college student or recent grad with flexible availability (early AMs, evenings, or weekends)

• Friendly, responsible, and naturally curious

• Passionate about fitness, wellness, and making people feel seen
