Food Runner/Expediter

• Communicating with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
• Delivering food to dining areas and private event space next door to main restaurant.
• Creation of simple sauces adhering to a specific recipe.
• Efficiently managing ticket times based on volume the restaurant experiences during service.
• Maintaining a clean work area at all times.
• Maintaining food quality and presentation as the kitchen completes food orders.

• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
• Bilingual preferred - strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work with others.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
• Food Handlers Certification.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Able to work effectively in fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
• Performs high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
• Experience carrying trays preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
