Job Description

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in providing exceptional long-term care to residents in a hospice setting. As a long-term care RN for WorkFit Medical Staffing, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and earn higher than average take home pay, as well as a preferential schedule.

Your responsibilities will include conducting wound changes, implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with management team to ensure the best outcomes for hospice residents. Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; an associate degree (ADN) will be considered.
Previous experience in HOSPICE or similar healthcare settings is highly desirable.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare team members.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are preferred.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
