Copeland is seeking talented engineering graduates interested in launching their careers through a variety of full-time engineering opportunities across our organization.

What You'll Do

  • Support engineering projects from concept through implementation

  • Analyze technical data and develop solutions to engineering challenges

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product management

  • Participate in product design, testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Contribute to new product development and manufacturing optimization efforts

  • Present recommendations and project results to engineering leaders and stakeholders

What You Bring

You are a motivated problem-solver who enjoys using technical knowledge, critical thinking, and collaboration to develop innovative solutions. You are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Manufacturing Engineering

  • Industrial Engineering

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Mechanical Engineering Technology

  • Aerospace Engineering

  • Systems Engineering

  • Electromechanical Engineering

  • Or a related engineering discipline

Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027

Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship, co-op, research, project, or leadership experience

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Experience with CAD, testing, manufacturing, data analysis, project management, or continuous improvement tools
