BUILD BRIDGES TO SUCCESS

At Children's Home Society of Florida (CHS), we believe every child deserves a strong start, a safe environment, and caring adults who help them discover their potential.

As an Early Childhood Education Aide, you'll help create meaningful learning experiences that support children's growth during some of the most important years of their development. Through nurturing relationships, engaging activities, and positive guidance, you'll help children build the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills they need to succeed in school and beyond.

When you join CHS, you're not simply assisting in a classroom. You're helping build the foundation for lifelong learning and success while supporting families and strengthening your community.

If you're passionate about working with young children, creating positive learning environments, and helping children reach important developmental milestones, we'd love to meet you.

YOUR IMPACT

As an Early Childhood Education Aide, you'll play an important role in supporting children during their earliest learning experiences.

Every interaction matters. Whether you're helping a child learn a new skill, encouraging positive behavior, supporting classroom activities, or building relationships with families, you'll help create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.

  • Supporting classroom instruction and curriculum delivery.
  • Supervising children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and transitions.
