We are currently seeking a dependable, flexible, and engaging Float Teacher who is passionate about supporting classrooms and helping our school run smoothly each day.
Responsibilities:
- Support multiple classrooms, including infants, toddlers, and preschool
- Step in to relieve lead teachers and assist with daily routines
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging environment in each classroom
- Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families
- Communicate effectively with teachers and parents when needed
- Adapt quickly to different classroom needs and age groups
Qualifications:
- Passion for working with children of all ages
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative and jump in where needed
