Early Childhood Education Teacher (EEC Certified)

Location: The Learning Experience- Littleton, MA

Pay: $20-$22 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Early Childhood Education Teacher- Preschool & Early Learning Programs

The Learning Experience- Littleton is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our growing team of educators. This role is ideal for an EEC-certified teacher who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences that help young children develop confidence, independence, social-emotional skills, and school readiness.

Our classrooms provide a supportive, child-centered environment where learning happens through exploration, creativity, and meaningful relationships.

What You'll Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young learners

• Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum

• Support children's social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development

• Foster independence, problem-solving skills, and positive peer interactions

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators

• Maintain classroom organization, documentation, and compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations

• Collaborate with center leadership and teaching teams to ensure program excellence

• Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities and developmental progress

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required

• Minimum 6 months of classroom experience required (1+ year preferred)

• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred

• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP)

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
