Early Childhood Education Teacher / Preschool Teacher (EEC Certified)
Location: The Learning Experience- Milford
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Openings: 2 Positions
About The Learning Experience
At The Learning Experience, we create joyful early learning environments where children build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. Our teachers bring the L.E.A.P. curriculum to life through hands-on experiences that support school readiness and social-emotional growth.
We are seeking certified Preschool Teachers to join our team and guide children ages 3-5 in a structured, engaging classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily preschool classroom activities in a safe, nurturing setting
- Implement lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Support early literacy, math readiness, and problem-solving skills
- Encourage independence and positive peer interactions
- Maintain classroom organization and licensing compliance
- Communicate regularly with families about progress and milestones
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required
- Experience working in a daycare or preschool classroom preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Must meet state childcare licensing requirements
